Castle Mountain
The origin of the Castle Mountain settlement dates back to 1065. Prince Brjachislav Izyaslavovich of Polotsk erected a fortress on this site, which served as a guard during enemy attacks. Fishing tackle, battle axes, spindles, iron cloves, powder pots found on the site of the ancient city gave a vivid picture of human life centuries ago.

Former train station building

A narrow gauge track line connected the small town of Dukshty in Lithuania and the Belarusian village of Druja. The three-tier iconostasis was created by Kiev masters at the end of the 19th century.
